I enrolled in a MBA program but I want to be a non-profit manager, is this a good fit?

I have a BA in Sociology/Human Services and wish to go back to school. I was accepted into a MPA program and a MBA program which would only take 1 yr- 1 1/2yrs. My goal is to be a program manager/director of a non-profit organization. Is this program the best fit for my endeavours? Or should I just wait to attend school in the fall for a MSW program instead??? PLEASE HELP....
