Michigan landlord lease question.....?

In my lease there is a spot that states: "Landlord has the right of emergency access to the leased premises at any time and access during reasonable hours to inspect the property. Landlord reserves the right to inspect the interior and exterior of the property at least once a month to insure the property is kept and maintained in livable conditions." I have talked to Legal Aid from the state of Michigan about the issues with my landlord, showing up the property unannounced and coming into the house while we are gone, I explained when we were signing the lease that the landlord wanted to come into the house once a month to inspect it for cleanliness and sanitary conditons and I was told that a Landlord cannot dot hat in the State of Michigan, that they can only come into the home or on the property in emergency situations. My landlord just called, she wants to inspect the house, were moving in a week, I have yet to get the house cleaned for the move out, I am still packing, I told her not tomorrow, she could come the day we leave to do the move out inspection, she told us she is coming tomorrow weather I like it or not and she will be coming into the home weather we are home or not. I was told the part in my lease about the once a month cleaniless inspection was void, not making my whole lease void, just that part of the lease...any truth to this?
