Discharge Instructions from L&D .. Preeclampsia, question?

I'm 31 weeks 1 day. I was discharged last week after a 4 day stay due to preeclampsia. My doctor told me if I had headaches that wouldn't go away with tylenol, upper gastric pain, etc to come back in. I was wondering if that had to be accompanied by high blood pressure. My blood pressure is staying 140's over 80's/90's sometimes. I currently take 500mg of Aldoment 2x's day. My blood pressure has been pretty normal for me all day but I have this headache since I woke up & I have taken tylenol all day to try to ease it. Drank plenty of water, napped, etc. Nothing helps. I called L&D and their new policy is they can not give advise over the phone. I have an appointment in the morning at 11, so I didn't want to go in & be there all night if it's possibly something that can wait til in the morning. But at the same time, I have to do whats best for the baby! He is still very active and I feel completely normal except for the headache. Maybe just a normal pregnancy headache? What do you guys think!?
