Has anyone tried neotigason for psoriasis 25mg with what side effects?

recently started on 25mg of neotigason, 2weeks for palmo-plantar psoriasis, initally it worked brilliantly all plaques came off, still coming off, has anyone else tried this dose for long and with what side effects, my skin feels itchy like on face and chest thanks for any replies
