How to make claude (the main character) in grand theft auto 3 to run fast on pc version?

i am playing gta 3 on pc version and i cannot run fast it is sooo slow so i just want to walk faster than before because i cannot escape in any mission fast because i will be killed fast so please help me with good cheat codes or any other things that make claude run faster......Thank you (dont 4get bst answer will get 10 pts)
