I keep gaining weight helllp me):?
soo i know imma teenager. but i feel so fat even though im not. i eat average meals. and skip breakfast most of the time. and dinner. but usually not skipping dinner. i get P.E everyday for 45 and ocional walks, and runs at least 3 times a week. i dont starve myself or nothing. i haven't started my period. im 12,I'm 5'3 and half, and about 104 pounds ): and my tummy giggles, and have some considerate body fat, and flab. and a medium/ small belly. i feel so chubby and fat. and need some easy workouts that dont take much time. plus i want to know why i feel so bloated!! is it because im starting my period soon, or am i gettign fat??? uhh, help me! tell me if im fat or skinnny or whatevva. i just need answers, and fast before i get fatt!!!
