If I were to buy only one, what would be the best Paula Deen cookbook to get?

I wouldn't buy any of her cookbooks, you're just buying into her name which sadly does not even belong to her anymore. Plus you can get better recipes online from people who know more than she does. It would be the same with Rachael Ray's cookbooks. Or Martha Stewart. Their names are a business.
