Nursery ideas for a little girl?

Those are all adorable. But what I did with my girls (including almost 2 week old identicle twin girls) was a basic (cheap) and adorable pattern. I painted the background brown. Then on one wall I painted Pink and Green Stripes, on the 2nd wall, I painted Pink and green hearts, on the 3rd wall, I painted pink and green circles, and the 4th (with the doorway), I just kept it plain brown. It is sooo cute!!
