Was I wrong, Leon Panetta really isn't the BOZO the Clown of the CIA?

If the job of CIA director is to "dig up dirt" on the political opposition, then maybe so. Personally, I think Panetta is a short term CIA director, there specifically to tear it down. If he can do some more partisan dirty tricks, that's just gravy.
