My guess is that you are a sensitive that can pick up stress waves from the brains of people who are either thinking of you or that are dying horribly. As far as the future is concerned, you may be connecting with it, but you won't really know until you get there. You also have a very good memory of detail and trivial events and things. Some psychic people pick up on more impressions when they are a little tired or asleep.
