What do you guys/girls think of the proposed rule changes for the 2009 season?

The proposed changes I remember are 1. making teams kick from further back after a safety 2. 3 challenges per game if the first two are successful 3. kick off always after a field goal 4. allowing direct snap to running back (wildcat)
